Do you have staff working from home ?
A recent mailing we did on behalf of one of our clients to their ‘home based’ employees resulted in some extraordinarily enthusiastic responses from the recipients.
The overwhelming theme of the messages was how grateful the employees were that their employer had reached out to them and continued to recognise that their mental health was of great importance.
Its not necessarily about what product/gift is sent, but the act itself of acknowledging that these employees are continuing to do their jobs, sometimes in not the best environments and that this is not their choice but as a result of circumstances.
We continue to help our clients putting together packages of products to send out to both employees and/or clients.
The cost can be low but the value of such actions is priceless !!!
